Labour Day long weekend

Labour Day long weekend has come and gone, but the summer was filled with so much fun! Our usual Sunday routine is to go down to the beaches and enjoy an afternoon playing volleyball - this Sunday was no different, but we had a "special guest" from Calgary. Jenny Ham came to visit for a few days, and we all had a great time catching up with her...we also decided to extend our stay - dinner on the beach - we had a great time BBQ-ing, then afterwards, played another couple of rounds of v-ball to burn off all the yummy food!

On Monday, we attempted to play ultimate frisbee, then ultimate soccer...unfortunately, it wasn't that "ultimate", but it was fun (and tiring!). Of course we were all pretty sore from the day before, but we'll try it again next time we're more rested!
