So...what do you do when you see the sign in the above picture? When you first learn to drive, you'd be taught all that, but apparently not everyone remembered that class. Just last night, we had quite the adventure while coming home. As we were approaching the roundabout (turning in from Yonge St.), another driver approaches...unfortunately, she was going the wrong way! So, Chico decides to block her, and we tell her, "It's ONE WAY, you'll have to back up and go around". But can you believe it...she was SOOO stubborn that she didn't budge! Since she didn't budge, neither did we...so we sat there...waiting...and waiting...a crowd started forming, not understanding why this woman wasn't moving. I went to get the security guard, and he comes out to explain she's going the wrong way...does she move right away?...nope! She had the nerve to say that others have driven the wrong way to get to the resident parking, why can't she?! I ask you, if you see others stealing, fighting or killing...does it make it right? Would you do the same thing?! What was her logic?! Obviously she wasn't listening to what she was saying...so we continue to sit in our car. Meanwhile, line of cars were forming behind us...one driver called out, "Move your car lady!", even Tony & his wife (from Sushi Bong) came out to see what the jam was all about...after 10 minutes or so, she FINALLY backed up and went around the roundabout. Can you believe some people are that stubborn?!...but it made for an interesting night!
